Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and cream the beaten eggs, sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Sift in the baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and flour while stirring.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9“ cake tin.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Lift out to cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar and enjoy!
