Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Walnuts (Chopped)
- 2/3 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate
- 4 tbl Coffee Liqueur
- 2 tbl Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt over a saucepan full of hot water.
- Stir in the butter.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
- Stir in the coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur and melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold the chopped walnuts into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9“ cake pan.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 25 minutes.
- Lift the brownies out to cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar and enjoy!
