Chocolate Mudslide Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1-1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts (Chopped)
  • 2/3 cup Butter (Softened)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate
  • 4 tbl Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 tbl Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  1. Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt over a saucepan full of hot water.
  2. Stir in the butter.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
  4. Stir in the coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur and melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Fold the chopped walnuts into the mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9“ cake pan.
  7. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Lift the brownies out to cool on a wire rack.
  9. Sprinkle generously with sugar and enjoy!
