Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, flour, sugar, baking powder, beaten eggs and melted butter.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9“ cake tin.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Lift the brownies out to cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar and enjoy!
