Dark Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Dark)
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa
  • 2/3 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/ cup Water (Boiled)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl and combine the water, cocoa and baking soda while stirring.
  2. Now add in the beaten eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Stir until smooth and without lumps.
  3. Gradually fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9“ cake tin.
  5. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Lift out to cool on a wire rack.
  7. Sprinkle generously with sugar.
