Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 cup Baking Chocolate
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- In a saucepan over a medium heat, combine the butter, sugar and milk.
- Sift in the flour and baking soda while stirring.
- Add the chocolate to the mixture.
- Pour into a blender and whisk until smooth and without lumps.
- Pour into a greased 8“ cake tin.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 30 minutes.
- Lift out and cool on a wire rack.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar to finish.
