Dark Chocolate Fudge

Mixture Ingredients

• 2 cups Baking Chocolate (Chopped)
• 1/2 cup Double Cream
• 1 tbl Butter
• 4 pkt Sweetener

Method

1. Place the chocolate into a bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water.
2. Take another saucepan over a steady heat and combine the melted chocolate and butter.
3. Stir until smooth, then gradually fold in the double cream and sweetener.
4. Pour the batter into a 9“ mould.
5. Set aside to cool and set before cutting.
