Mixture Ingredients
- 2 cups Baking Chocolate (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Double Cream
- 1 tbl Butter
- 4 pkt Sweetener
Method
- Place the chocolate into a bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water.
- Take another saucepan over a steady heat and combine the melted chocolate and butter.
- Stir until smooth, then gradually fold in the double cream and sweetener.
- Pour the batter into a 9“ mould.
- Set aside to cool and set before cutting.
