Ingredients
- 1 cup Soured Cream
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 pkt Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 pkt Instant Chocolate Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Take a large bowl and combine the beaten eggs, soured cream, vegetable oil and water until smooth and without lumps.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a 8“ cake tin.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 60 minutes.
- Lift out of the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
- Sprinkle generously with sugar.
