Death By Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soured Cream
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1 pkt Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1 pkt Instant Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  1. Take a large bowl and combine the beaten eggs, soured cream, vegetable oil and water until smooth and without lumps.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a 8“ cake tin.
  4. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 60 minutes.
  5. Lift out of the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
  6. Sprinkle generously with sugar.
