Ingredients
- 3 cups Baking Chocolate
- 2 cups Whipping Cream
- 3 tbl Orange Liqueur
- 8 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the beaten eggs and orange liqueur.
- Place the baking chocolate in another bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water.
- Fold in 2 cups of melted chocolate into the mixture while stirring.
- Pour the batter into a 9“ cake pan.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 120 minutes.
- Lift out and let cool on a wire rack.
- Cover with the rest of the melted baking chocolate.
- Best served with a few dollups of whipped cream.
