Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (Smooth)
- 1/2 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- In a large bowl, cream the white sugar, demerera sugar, beaten egg, peanut butter and softened butter until combined.
- Take another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the cream mixture and combine thoroughly while dropping in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon onto a greased baking sheet in whatever sized cookies you desire.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 10 minutes until brown.
