Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups Oats (Rolled)
- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Pecan Nuts (Chopped)
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 Chocolate Bar (Grated)
Method
- In a large bowl, cream together the vanilla extract, white sugar, demerera sugar and beaten eggs until combined.
- Take a separate bowl and mix together the oats, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
- Sift in the flour while stirring.
- Pour the flour mixture into a blender. Process until a powdery consistency.
- Pour in the creamed mixture and blend.
- Now put into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, chopped pecan nuts and the grated chocolate bar while stirring continuously.
- Spoon onto a greased baking sheet in whatever sized cookies you desire.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 10 minutes until brown.
