Cafe au Chocolat Drink

Ingredients

• 2 cups Water (Boiled)
• 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
• 1/4 cup French Coffee
• 1/4 cup Chocolate
• 2 tsp Demerera Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Method

1. In a saucepan over a steady medium heat, heat the heat the water, French coffee and chocolate.
2. Take a separate mixing bowl and whip the cream until peaks form.
3. Pour the coffee into mugs, and mix in the sugar.
4. Spoon on the whipped cream mixture and dust with cinnamon.
