Ingredients
- 2 cups Water (Boiled)
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup French Coffee
- 1/4 cup Chocolate
- 2 tsp Demerera Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Method
- In a saucepan over a steady medium heat, heat the heat the water, French coffee and chocolate.
- Take a separate mixing bowl and whip the cream until peaks form.
- Pour the coffee into mugs, and mix in the sugar.
- Spoon on the whipped cream mixture and dust with cinnamon.
