Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

• 1 cup Milk (Full Cream)
• 1/3 cup Whipping Cream
• 4 tsp Cocoa Powder
• 3 tsp Sugar

Method

1. In a saucepan over a steady heat, mix together the milk, cocoa and sugar until smooth.
2. Heat the cocoa mixture to serving temperature.
3. Pour into mugs and serve.
