Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Dark Milk Chocolate
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 tbl Cointreau
- 1 tsp Butter (Softened)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Method
- Using a small bowl, add the dark milk chocolate and melt over a saucepan of water at a medium heat.
- When the dark milk chocolate has melted, pour in the vanilla extract and softened butter while stirring intil smooth.
- Now fold in the whipping cream gradually.
- Add 1 tbl of Cointreau to the mixture and mix gently.
- Pour out into your mugs.
- For a finishing touch, sprinkle generously with cinnamon and nutmeg.
