Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Instant Coffee
- 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
- 1-1/2 tsp Chocolate Extract
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Method
- Place the instant coffee, chocolate extract, mint extract and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put mixture into a jug and pour in hot water. Stir well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream until peaks form.
- Pour the coffee into mugs.
- Spoon on the whipped cream.
- Dust with nutmeg or cinnamon. (Optional)
