Ingredients
- 2 tbl Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp Demerera Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Roasted Coffee
- Double Cream
Method
- Before starting, heat up your chosen Irish coffee mugs in hot water.
- Pour the Irish whiskey and roasted coffee into the mug and stir well.
- Then, using the back of a spoon, pour in the double cream.
- For a finishing touch, dust with cinnamon.
