Ingredients
- 4 cups Milk (Full Cream)
- 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbl Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 tbl Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Whole Cloves
- Whipping Cream
Method
- Combine the flour, demerera sugar, cocoa powder, cloves, cinnamon and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Once the mixture has gone smooth, let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Lift out the cloves.
- Sift in the vanilla extract and confectioner's sugar while stirring.
- Now whisk the mixture until light and foamy.
- Pour into your chosen coffee mugs.
- Finish by spooning on the whipped cream.
