Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme

Method

  1. Take a pan and line it with foil, making sure to cover and fold over the sides.
  2. Butter the foil.
  3. Using a large saucepan over a steady heat, combine the margarine, sugar and evaporated milk.
  4. After stirring for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and add the marshmallow creme.
  5. Then add the chocolate chips gradually while stirring.
  6. Blend until totally smooth and without lumps.
  7. Then fold in the walnuts and vanilla.
  8. Pour into the lined pan and allow to cool to room temperature.
  9. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.
