Triple Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Chopped Pecans
  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Milk Chocolate Candy Bars (Halved)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 32 Marshmallows
  • Semisweet Baking Chocolate (Chopped)

Method

  1. Take a large saucepan and combine the sugar, butter, evaporated milk and packed brown sugar.
  2. Let the sugar dissolve by stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to the boil for about 5 minutes, while stirring.
  4. Lift off the heat and fold in the marshmallows.
  5. Once the marshmallows melt, stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Add the chocolate bars and the baking chocolate, stirring well until combined.
  7. While stirring, fold in the pecans and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased pan.
  9. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting into squares.
