Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 2 Milk Chocolate Candy Bars (Halved)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 32 Marshmallows
- Semisweet Baking Chocolate (Chopped)
Method
- Take a large saucepan and combine the sugar, butter, evaporated milk and packed brown sugar.
- Let the sugar dissolve by stirring constantly.
- Bring to the boil for about 5 minutes, while stirring.
- Lift off the heat and fold in the marshmallows.
- Once the marshmallows melt, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Add the chocolate bars and the baking chocolate, stirring well until combined.
- While stirring, fold in the pecans and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting into squares.
