Ingredients
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
- Milk (Full Cream)
Method
- Put the white sugar, half and half, demerera sugar, Bailey's Irish Cream, beaten eggs and milk into a blend.
- Blend together until smooth and without lumps.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
