Bailey's Irish Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup White Sugar
• 1/2 cup Half and Half
• 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
• 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
• 3 Eggs (Beaten)
• Milk (Full Cream)

Method

1. Put the white sugar, half and half, demerera sugar, Bailey's Irish Cream, beaten eggs and milk into a blend.
2. Blend together until smooth and without lumps.
3. Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
