Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk (Full Cream)
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Chocolate (Chopped)
- 3/4 cup Almond Butter
- 4 tbl Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water.
- When melted, gradually stir in the milk and cocoa powder.
- Take a separate bowl and cream the beaten eggs and white sugar.
- Fold the chocolate mix, vanilla extract, almond butter and whipping cream into the cream mixture.
- Stir until smooth, then cover and refridgerate for 2 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
