Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbl Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water.
- Once the chocolate has melted, gradually add the milk and cocoa. Stir until smooth.
- Take another bowl and whisk the beaten eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the two mixtures together until smooth in a large bowl.
- Cover with cling film and refridegerate for 2 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
