Chocolate Rum & Raisin Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup Whipping Cream
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Raisins
• 2 tsp Rum Essence
• 1 Egg (Beaten)

Method

1. Cobine the chocolate raisins and whipping cream in a saucepan over a medium heat.
2. Remove from heat then add beaten egg, milk and rum while stirring.
3. Whisk the mixture until smooth and without lumps.
4. Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
