Ingredients
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Raisins
- 2 tsp Rum Essence
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- Cobine the chocolate raisins and whipping cream in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Remove from heat then add beaten egg, milk and rum while stirring.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and without lumps.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
