Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate (Chopped)
- 1-1/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Double Cream
- 1 cup Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbl Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Melt the chopped milk chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
- After the chocolate has been melted, gradually mix in the milk and cocoa while stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract and double cream while stirring slowly.
- Take a large bowl and pour both mixtures together while stirring.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
