Milk Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups Milk Chocolate (Chopped)
• 2/3 cup Unsweetened Chocolate (Chopped)
• 1 pkt Custard Ice Cream Mix

Method

1. Melt the chopped milk chocolate and chopped unsweetened chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
2. In a bowl, prepare the custard ice cream mix according to instructions on packet.
3. Gradually mix in the custard ice cream mix while stirring until smooth.
4. Keep stirring the mixture until completely smooth.
5. Pour into an ice cream maker and process, then freeze.
